HOTEL G SAN FRANCISCO RESERVATION REASSURANCE POLICY

 

In the last couple of weeks, we have seen the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation shift rapidly in the United States. Our hearts go out to those around the world who’ve been impacted by the virus.

Hotel G will finish hosting any current guests, but will not be accepting reservations until further notice.

How flexible reservations will work:

If you have a reservation with upcoming stay dates that may be impacted:

  1. If you made a non-restricted reservation or a Direct reservation , cancel your reservation by calling the hotel direct or cancel your reservation via the website.

If you purchased a nonrefundable/ non-changeable or a non-restricted reservation through a 3rd party portal. i.e.  Expedia, Booking.com or any similar online travel agency with stay dates in March or April 2020, you may contact the third-party company to:

  1. To request a one time change . New travel must be completed by February 28, 2021. A room rate difference may apply to your new reservation.
  2. Cancel your reservation – you may be subject to applicable fees by the 3rd party company. Hotel G does not make policy for the 3rd party internets.
