In light of the evolving COVID-19 situation, the containment restrictions in place and the significant collective actions required for the safety and wellbeing of our guests, associates and community; Scarlett Wine Bar & Restaurant has made the extremely difficult and heartbreaking decision to temporarily cease normal operations from now until April 30th, 2020.

A new take on Hotel Lobby living, serving fine French pastries and great coffee throughout the day – all overseen by Rodolphe Landemain, renowned pâtissier of the Maison Landemaine in Paris. By night, Playground transforms into a vibrant social hub, serving cocktails, beers and beyond. Playground perfectly illustrates the Hotel G experience.

To ensure Pullman Bangkok Hotel G continues delivering a high level of guest satisfaction; we are excited to inform you that Mistral Restaurant is going through a glamorisation program.

During this period, our breakfast venue will be temporarily relocated to the Ballroom with panoramic views over the city located on the 38^th floor.
